Vetiver is loved for its rich, exotic and complex aroma. Used extensively in perfumes as a base note and fixative, vetiver’s woody, earthy scent complements many other essential oils. Vetiver also has many therapeutic uses, including antioxidant and relaxation properties.
I personally love Vetiver to help me calm down in the evening. It’s hard to get it out of the bottle since it’s so thick so I take out the white insert and cut a little off the bottom of the part that goes in to the bottle so the opening is a little bigger. Then a put a drop on each wrist or two drops on my neck and it helps me calm down and go to sleep and/or just relax and enjoy my evening instead of worrying so much about everything on going in my life.
