Ideas for Use
I have had great luck diffusing it in to the air while I sleep. Works better than any cough syrup and much easier on my system. I also use 3-4 drops it in a netti pot and it’s wonderful to help get the gunk out and also penetrate deep in my nasal passages to possibly kill the germs and help me drain out.
When combined with a warm moist compress the tissues are eased with deep penetrating effects. Its pleasant aroma is calming to the senses and perfect for night time diffusion allowing for a restful sleep. Diluting Breathe with pure fractionated coconut oil is ample to allow its use with even the smallest of children. Breathe can be used topically and diffused into the air.
Diffuse: in a child’s bedroom 20 minutes before you put them to bed
In event of infection – diffuse in general household areas to prevent others from getting same bug. In room of person with infection set to diffuse 10 minutes every hour round the clock.
Apply Directly: to chest of adults, back of adults, on the bones behind the ears, on the forehead and facial sinuses, on the bottoms of feet of children and adults, on vita flex points of feet, hands and head.
