Here are some ideas on what essential oils for headaches and migraines would be good to try. Migraines are one type of headaches and are caused by stress, tension, hunger, not drinking enough water, congestion, inflammation, etc. Migraines often come on after a stressful event. doTERRA Past Tense is one of the great essential oils for migraines and is a great choice for essential oils for headaches.
Luckily, I have never personally had a migraine. Don’t be too jealous. I’ve had PLENTY of other health problems. However, my husband is prone to them but has only had one since we started using doTERRA. He said he could see a bright light moving across his eyes and that always means a migraine is imminent. This time, he rolled on some Past Tense on the back of his neck and on his temples and he could literally see the bright light move away and get smaller and smaller.
If it’s really bad, he also rolls on Deep Blue and that really seems to do the trick.
