Address Occasional Head Tension with Essential Oils

The above image has some ideas on how to address occasional head tension with essential oils. An essential oil tension blend supports the tense muscles in your body so it may be a good choice for you. I know many others who love peppermint essential oil for it’s soothing properties. Lavender essential oil is very calming so that’s what one of my friends swears by for head and neck tension. I’ve heard of many others who have had good luck with Frankincense essential oil on the roof of their mouth. You may also want to consider rosemary essential oil, wintergreen essential oil, marjoram essential oil and basil essential oil because each person’s body is different and if one oil doesn’t work for you, try another because you will eventually find the perfect one for you.

Depending on the type of headache my daughter gets, either the Past Tense or deep blue/frankinscense will get rid of it. The Past Tense will get rid of any headache I have, I do not suffere with migraines; however, when I use it, my eyes are blood shot for a day. No idea why, but it happens. Anyone else?

The info you have presented about what causes migraines in this post is not accurate. You can find an accurate description here:
It is FAR more complex than what is presented here. I came here interested in looking into essential oils as a possible solution as I’ve suffered Chronic Daily Migraine Disease for 12 years now, of which headache is just 1 symptom, btw. But I don’t really feel confident that this site represents that the company understands what Migraine IS enough for me to trust that its product will address it properly. Just my feedback.

Thanks for the link. Hopefully others will find it useful. I’m sure it’s way more complicated than I understand since I’m not a medical expert. However, the company has a team of medical professionals who do understand migraines and I know lots of people who have had really good luck treating their migraines with essential oils so don’t blame the company since I don’t fully understand it.

I can’t believe that I never thought of using Deep Blue for a migraine. My daughter hasn’t had much relief with the Past Tense. We will have to try the francinsence and Deep Blue.

I get regular migraines, and want to try something more natural than the prescription from my MD. I have a friend whose daughter uses essential oils for migraines and has had great success.

I am fairly new into oils but breath has been a life saver. Normally I suffer from sinus infection at least 4 to 5 times a year going to the doctors and receive at least 2 rounds of antibiotics EACH time!!! I have NOT had a sinus infection since starting using oils. Doctor Free since July!!!!! I have the full medician cabnet plus anouther wooden case, two defusser and breathe is on my order EVERY month ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ I had used every thing over the years to prevent sinus infection netti pots, organic juicing, allergy doctor ( gave me 3 injection 2 times a week) ended up with hives and a much lighter wallet($250 a week) did not meet deductible. I cant say enough how much I LOVE my oils♡♡♡♡♡

I have always had problems with migraines. Right after my daughter was born I had one that i could not get rid of (for 3 days), a friend let me borrow her peppermint, lavender, and Frankincense and it went right away. I just ordered a bottle of past tense from my niece and can’t wait to try it out next time.

I’m a migraine sufferer and I just ordered the Tension Blend. I have used essential oils from them and I love them! Would love to try more! Thanks!

My first experience with essential oils was getting rid of a head ache. I mix peppermint and wintergreen in a small bowl. After that I smell the oils and apply it on the back of my neck and bottoms of my feet and it does wonders! If your skin is sensitive to these oils you can add a carrier oil to dilute it like olive oil.

I may give this a shot. I don’t get migraines very often, but I do get a lot of very uncomfortable tension headaches. Sure can’t hurt to try!
