Essential Oils to Support Healthy Hair

There’s just something about a healthy head of hair and how it can make you look and feel great. Essential oils can help support healthy hair. First of all, you need a high-quality sulfate and alcohol-free shampoo. They don’t have the harsh chemicals that other shampoos have and they my hair soft and full and don’t leave a residue. Since you aren’t using the alcohols and sulfates that normal hair products have, you won’t dry out out your hair. Here are some other ideas to consider:

Thanks for giving credit for the recipe from my blog! The original recipe is based on one from Dr Susan Lawton. Just to clarify, though… I am not a hair stylist, I am an Essential Oil Therapist, trained at Bastyr University and my blog has lots of other great ideas that I am happy to share with all of you!

I only recently discovered essential oils. I am constantly amazed at all the things that can be managed with their oils. I’m excited to try the hair stuff as I have had a lot of hair loss in the last few years.

Can’t hurt to give this a try. i have been gradually losing hair over the last year and it doesn’t feel like there are a lot of options outside of a doctor’s office. Thanks!
