Weekly Paleo Meal Plan

Weekly Paleo Meal Plan

Paleo Meal Planning can be hard. Really hard. It’s a whole different way of thinking than you may used to. Even if you’re like me and have been eating mostly Paleo for years, it’s still hard. I mean, you have all the normal challenges of coming up with 3 meals a day but then you throw in all the restrictions and additions of the diet and I don’t know anyone that couldn’t use a little help. Luckily, there are several great resources out there to help you make food that’s delicious and easy so you won’t miss eating “regular” food. These are the resources I’ve been able to find but I’m sure there are more so please let me know what to add to the list.

With E-Meals you choose a meal plan based on eating style, family size and your favorite grocery store. Once a week you get an email with 7 dinner recipes, a

Easy Weekly Paleo Meal Planshopping list organized by section and coordinated with weekly sales at grocery stores. You really can save lots of time and money. There are way more options than just Paleo too. There are meal plans for clean eating, slow cooking, portion control, natural  & organic, gluten free, gourmet, vegetarian and others. You can also add on breakfast and lunch if you want. It’s definitely worth checking out! The following are some other great resources from E-Meals I thought you might like…
