It’s quick to make, healthy and full of protein. This is a great grain free pancake recipe and keep in mind that it’s really flexible. I often leave out the baking powder (since I’m allergic to it) and the sugar because I don’t think it’s necessary. When my raspberries are on, I put extra berries in and less water. - 1/3 Cup berries
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 3/4 Cup garbanzo bean flour
- water as needed
- Mix all the above ingredients together except the water
- Add water until it's the consistency of pancakes
- Warm a frying pan or griddle and cook like regular pancakes
- Top with more berries and syrup if desired.
