I could not lose weight and my homeopathic chiropractor suggested the Gundry diet (we did not buy Gundry's supplements, just followed his food pyramid. My husband and I lost a lot of weight!  I was 165, now around 120, but still have viseral fat and need to get rid of that.  Some helps that we have learned over the last year are:  eat organic foods as much as possible because our foods are sprayed with weed killers, also buy non-GMO food.
