Breakfast Sausage – Onion – Peppers – Spinach – Eggs
These are pretty much little omelets to go that you can make any time and eat them when you need them. It doesn’t take a long time to reheat them in the toaster oven for a few minutes. They are low carb, high protein meal and can be eaten alone or with a green smoothie. My kids love these and since they as so healthy I let me eat them any time they want. Sometimes they eat them for lunch or snacks. Now that’s what I call a healthy snack.
2. Keto Pancakes – Low Carb Yum
Almond Flour – Coconut Flour – Eyrthritol – Baking Powder – Eggs – Almond Milk – Avocado Oil – Vanilla – Real Salt
These pancakes are made with only 6 ingredients which goes a long way toward making them easy to make. They are so fluffy and delicious. They can be easily frozen. I suggest making a larger batch than you anticipate you’ll need.
Then when they are cooled down put the leftovers in the freezer. When you need a quick breakfast or snack you can take them out of the freezer. You could thaw them in the microwave or if you take them to work they’ll be thawed out by the time you’re ready to eat them.
You could also take them out of the freezer the night before you know you want to eat them for breakfast and put them in the frig. They’ll be ready when you wake up.
3. My Favorite Breakfast Sandwich – Hey Keto Mama
Sausage Patties – Egg – Cream Cheese – Cheddar Cheese – Avocado – Sriracha – Real Salt – Black Pepper
What a yummy looking sandwich. I never thought to use a sausage patty in place of bread or a bun but it works here, that’s for sure. You can make your own sausage if you’d like to. Sometimes it hard to find sausage in the store without added fillers and sweeteners. There are recipes for homemade sausage all over online. They are made with ground chicken, pork or beef.
4. Waffle Iron Cauliflower Hash Browns – Brooke Lark
Cauliflower – Eggs – Scallions – Ham – Olive Oil – Cheddar Cheese – Real Salt – Black Pepper – Cilantro
Waffle iron hash browns made with cauliflower in place of flour is a wonderful idea. It’s something I’d never thought of until now. I’m so excited to have found the recipe. It’s a little different than most of the breakfast recipe I’ve seen and I think different is always good. That’s because I find myself eating the same thing over and over again. It’s always nice to add new things to my list of favorites.
5. Avocado Bacon and Eggs – Lil’ Luna
Avocado – Eggs – Bacon – Cheese – Real Salt
What a fun way to eat some healthy fat and good protein at the same time. These little “boats” are so cute. I think they would make a great dish for a breakfast party. I do that sometimes. When we have a family reunion usually when are together for about 3 days so we have to feed everyone breakfast, lunch, and dinner for that long.
Yes, we take turns and it isn’t a burden. We do like to have something that is a little bit out of the ordinary but easy at the same time. I think these avocado boats would be perfect. They’d be good with the cauliflower hashbrown recipes I have included here.
6. 3 Ingredient Cauliflower Hash Browns – Keto Connect
Cauliflower – Egg – Cheddar Cheese – Cayenne Pepper – Garlic Powder – Pink Himalayan Salt
Wow, these hash browns really do look like hash browns. Actually, they look a lot better to me than regular hash brown. It’s gotta be the cheese that looks so good. These could be a meal in and of themselves or you could pair them with eggs or maybe the ham and egg roll-ups that are listed on #9 below. I think this could be one of the best recipes there are.
7. Spinach Frittata – Simply Recipes
Eggs – Milk – Parmesan Cheese – Real Salt – Black Pepper – Olive Oil – Onion – Garlic – Sun-Dried Tomatoes – Spinach – Goat Cheese
This sure is a great way to make a frittata. I like how vegetables are added to it with the spinach and tomatoes. They make it a much healthier meal. They really add to the flavor too. I also like the way it’s all cooked and served in the same dish.
That saves on clean up. I never really had frittata’s growing up. My mom didn’t like egg much then. I especially think she didn’t like the texture of baked eggs. I think my mom might like these though. She is into eggs a little more that’s she’s older and the veggies and cheese would really help it be more appetizing for her.
8. Easy Low Carb Breakfast Casserole – The Diary Of A Real Housewife
Sausage – Garlic – Bell Peppers – Onion – Spinach – Eggs – Real Salt – Black Pepper – Cheddar Cheese
I think a breakfast casserole is a little bit like a frittata but a casserole can be any shape you’d like it to be. I also think there is a little more freedom in what you can add to a casserole. I like how this casserole has sausage, onions, peppers, and spinach added besides the cheese. All those veggies help make it very colorful. My goodness, you could have this for breakfast on Christmas morning if you wanted to.
9. Ham Egg & Cheese Roll-Ups – Delish
Eggs – Cheddar Cheese – Spinach – Tomatoes – Ham – Garlic Powder – Real Salt – Black Pepper – Butter
I guess I’m a kid at heart because I love anything that can be eaten with my fingers. These roll-ups sure succeed at that for me. The ham is kind of like a tortilla but without all the carbs. I wonder how many of these I could eat in a meal. I’d sure like the opportunity to find out sometime. How many do you think you could eat at a time?
