What is the Best Paleo Cookbook you can buy on Amazon? This is a list in order of popularity. I did all the work for you now all you have to do is buy them. It is hard to know which Paleo cookbooks are the best ones but no worries, I have done all the searching for you.
This list is in order with the highest-ranked cookbooks at the top of my list descending down the list in order of their ranking. What someone else thinks is the best cookbook might not be your favorite though. It is also not totally accurate because the older a book is, the higher rank it will have.
A new book that just came out will have a lower rating, just because it’s had less time to be rated. Look through the list and find the ones that look good to you and have fun doing it. You can click on the picture or the title and it will take your right to the Amazon website where that particular book is sold. Have fun and enjoy cooking Paleo recipes.
FYI I come back about once a year and update the order I have these in. The order of popularity does change plus new books come out. I also add the new books when they deserve to be on this page. I just thought you’d like to know that this list is always up to date.
UPDATE: March 26, 2019 – I just updated this list again. I thought you might be interested as I was to how the order of the cookbooks changed. The order of the first 5 or the top 5 sellers didn’t change. The top 5 as still the top 5 and still in the same order. I added number 6 because supposedly Robb Wolf is the guy that basically invented the Paleo diet and he’s really popular. His book on the list talks a lot about the Paleo diet and the why and how of it all of it etc. But he also included a lot of recipes so I decided in to include it on the list.
From number 6 down to number 25 it was interesting that some of them went up on the list, some went down on the list and eventually, some of them went off of the list. I actually found quite a few to add to the list. That means they are newer books and they are becoming popular quite quickly.
There’s a pretty significant difference after number 7 in the number of positive reviews on Amazon. What I’m trying to say is that the first 7 on the list are by far the most popular and after number 7 the popularity is significantly lower. The last 18 on the list have more than 1,000 fewer reviews than the first 7. But there isn’t a huge difference in the number of positive reviews in the last 18.
Part of the reason for this is because some of them are specialty cookbooks for example for the instant pot or Thai cooking. They will never have as many positive reviews because of that so you can’t really compare them. I would write the number of positive reviews each has but I decided not to because I know it will change a lot. Then it won’t be accurate so I decided not to do that.
I hope you find this list helpful and enjoy cooking for a Paleo diet. It can be hard and yet quite rewarding especially when you start to see an improvement in your health and the way you feel. In case you’re curious. I don’t follow a strict Paleo diet. But I do think it’s a good diet overall. In fact, if you really want to know I have taken what I consider to be the best part of a lot of different diets and made up a diet for me that works the best for me.
Basically, I follow a Paleo diet but I do eat potatoes and rice. They are pretty much the only carbs I eat. Because of necessity I also eat a sugar-free diet. Which means I don’t even eat maple syrup, honey, dates or fruit juice. Of course, I haven’t had dessert in years. I don’t even miss it anymore. What I eat might be a little closer to a Keto diet but I have to eat dairy-free so not really.
The Keto diet includes a lot of dairy products. I think that’s to make it palatable. Yes, I eat a lot of the same meals over and over and yes, it does get boring. That’s why I’m always really excited when I find a new recipe that I can eat which doesn’t happen often. That’s why these cookbooks are so helpful. It’s really boring eating the same things all the time. I do it, I know.
