I can tell you right now that brown sugar is NOT clean eating and neither is low-fat milk. I have found many many recipes, I’m talking hundreds that claim to be Clean Eating that call for brown sugar and low-fat milk. Now some people might include brown sugar and low-fat milk in their clean eating diet, but I don’t.
I know that people who are strict clean eaters do not eat brown sugar and low-fat milk. Do you know that all brown sugar is, is regular sugar with molasses added to give it the brown color. It may be a tiny bit more healthy but not much and it isn’t clean.
