These peanut butter {*} homemade protein bars only have 5 ingredients and only take a few minutes to throw the ingredients together. That’s all you do is mix, press in a pan and you can eat them right away!




  1. Mix all ingredients together until all incorporated and a thick dough is formed – if all the ingredients won’t incorporate slowly add in the almond milk 1/2 Tbsp at a time (the consistency of your peanut butter {*} typically determines if you need the almond milk)
  2. Press dough firmly into a greased 8×8 pan
  3. Cut into 8 bars and eat immediately or store in the refrigerator
