Here are 9 of the best Clean Eating Pumpkin Recipes you will ever find. Fresh pumpkin from the garden, farmers market or road side stand are the best!
Fall and Halloween are almost here and Thanksgiving isn’t far behind and it’s the perfect time to start to find Clean Eating Pumpkin Recipes.
These Clean Eating Pumpkin recipes would be great for any Halloween party or even for Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas dinner. Better than that – these Clean Eating recipes would be good anytime of the year and any time of the day.
Of course, the best pumpkin comes fresh grown in your own garden or fresh bought at the store or road side stand. I actually use pureed squash a lot of the time in place of pumpkin in all of my pumpkin recipes: I think it tastes better than pumpkin and I like the consistency better, it isn’t as thick.
Pumpkin you buy in a can is also Clean Eating though and much easier – just make sure you buy pureed and not pie filling because it has sugar added, which is not Clean and would ruin the recipe.
To make it easier for you, under the title of each recipe, I’ve listed the main ingredients to help you decide if you like that recipe. When you see a recipe you want to check out, just click on the title or the image and it will bring you to the recipe page.
I hope you enjoy all of these recipes. Which ones are your favorite? Any new pumpkin recipes that you didn’t know existed? For me, I never heard of salad with pumpkin in it! Enjoy!
