Fall and Halloween are almost here and Thanksgiving isn’t far behind and it’s the perfect time to start to find Clean Eating Pumpkin Recipes.
These Clean Eating Pumpkin recipes would be great for any Halloween party or even for Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas dinner. Better than that – these Clean Eating recipes would be good any time of the year and any time of the day.
Of course, the best pumpkin comes fresh grown in your own garden or freshly bought at the store or roadside stand. I actually use pureed squash a lot of the time in place of pumpkin in all of my pumpkin recipes: I think it tastes better than pumpkin and I like the consistency better, it isn’t as thick.
