Check out these Clean Eating side dishes! This a list of all of the Clean Eating side dishes on my blog. Have fun browsing through all of these recipes. You should find them interesting and useful. It doesn’t matter which kind of clean eating side dishes you are looking for, you should be able to find it here. Maybe you’re looking for a nice salad or a different way to cook vegetables. I have it here.
What are your favorite kinds of side dishes? Do you like mashed potatoes or baked potatoes or scalloped potatoes? Would you rather have a green salad or cole slaw or a fruit salad? Maybe you prefer potato salad or kale salad.
What are your favorite vegetables? Is it broccoli, green beans, carrots, corn, asparagus or any others I haven’t mentioned. Maybe you prefer soup or mac and cheese. My favorite kind of vegetables is roasted.
I don’t much care if it’s broccoli, green beans, zucchini, summer squash or carrots. As long as they are roasted I love them. Make sure you check out my 30 Minute Easy Healthy Roasted Vegetables Recipe. That is definitely my favorite way to cook vegetables and eat them.
I love to make french fries this way too. They are about 200 times better than the fries you buy frozen in the grocery store and 100 times better than fries you would buy at a fast-food restaurant. That’s my opinion at least.
Make sure you use Real Salt and fresh ground pepper on them along with some really good olive oil. They make it way, way better.
Keep looking back every once in a while. I’ll be adding more recipes every now and then.
Lemon Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes – My Natural Family
Red Potatoes – Olive Oil – Parmesan Cheese – Parsley
These roasted potatoes with garlic and parmesan cheese are so yummy and they are extremely easy to make too. They make an excellent side dish to go with practically any meal. I really like this made with red potatoes because they crisp up nicely on the outside but are nice and soft on the inside. They are especially good with pork chops, grilled chicken or steak. They are so easy to make you could make them for guests.
Mac and Cheese – My Natural Family
Cauliflower – Butter – Yellow Squash – Carrot – Onion – Coconut Milk — Ground Mustard – Egg Yolk
This mac and cheese is a big hit in our house. My kids beg for it and it doesn’t even have any pasta or cheese in it. The carrot gives it the cheesy color and the cauliflower gives it the texture and illusion of pasta. You really think you’re eating mac and cheese but this is WAY healthier.
20 Minute Homemade BBQ Sauce Without Ketchup – My Natural Family
Tomato Sauce – Honey – Maple Syrup – Mustard
This is an awesome generic barbeque sauce recipe that can be used for all kinds of different meals. My favorite ways to use it are on sloppy joes, pulled pork and ribs. I also like on hamburgers, smoked meat, and chicken nuggets. It can replace ketchup too. Just use it any way you always used to use BBQ sauce in a bottle. This doesn’t have high fructose corn syrup either, so it’s more healthy for anyone.

Vegetable Soup – Cooking Classy
Onion – Carrots – Celery – Garlic – Chicken Broth – Diced Tomatoes – Potatoes – Fresh Parsley – Bay Leaves – Peas
This is a nice vegetable soup recipe made with fresh vegetables. You could add some meat if you want to. It tastes so much better than that vegetable soup you buy in a can. I mean like there is no comparison. You use frozen vegetables too, then you don’t have to do all of the washing and cutting. That makes it so easy and fast to make. Frozen veggies were fresh when they were frozen so they are still fresh when you eat them.
Cauliflower Breadsticks – I Food Real
Cauliflower – Egg Whites – Mozzarella Cheese – Italian Seasoning
Do you love those cheesy breadsticks? Oh of course, who wouldn’t. These are a much healthier no-carb version. Not bragging but I must say that these taste so much better too. Use my marinara sauce recipe for dipping.
Fresh Tomato and Ricotta Whole Wheat Pasta – Foodie Crush
Whole Wheat Pasta – Garlic – Olive Oil – Tomatoes – Spinach Leaves – Fresh Basil – Parmesan Cheese – Ricotta Cheese
I like to use Farfalle pasta because it has all those delightful little valleys and ridges to catch all of the light sauce created by the fresh tomatoes as they come together with the garlic and olive oil while they heat in the pan.

Black Beans – Garbanzo Beans – Tomatoes – Canned Corn – Green Chilies – Red Onion – Green Bell Pepper – Jalapeno Pepper – Fresh Cilantro – Limes – Avocado
This salad could be a meal in and of itself if you wanted it to. With all of those fresh vegetables and garbanzo beans with the avocado to hold it all together. It’s so easy too. It is good as a salad but would make a great wrap filling, a topping for a chicken salad or even a party side dish.
