This healthy caramel apple dip recipe is as good as it sounds, is super simple to make, contains no dairy or refined sugar, and is Clean Eating, Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free.




  1. Combine all ingredients, except the peanut butter, together in a medium saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in peanut butter
  4. Continue stirring until sauce thickens and remove from heat


Store the dip in the fridge. It will harden in the fridge but can be reheated when ready to serve.
