This Paleo honey garlic chicken only takes half an hour and is so easy, yummy and better for you than the restaurant version.



For the Honey Garlic Sauce

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and then add to the hot skillet
  3. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add the honey garlic sauce ingredients to the pan.
  5. Increase heat to medium-high and continue to cook until the sauce reduces down and thickens slightly (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
