These are 9 of the best Keto snacks plus 9 of the best ones you can buy on Amazon. Whenever I’m on the Keto diet, I am always so full and satisfied from eating so much fat and veggies at my meals, that I am rarely hungry between meals. But I’ve also been doing low carb and not eating between meals for a long time, so my body is used to it.
However, when you first start eating Keto, the transition from the standard American diet can be rough for some people and one way many people have found to help with that is to enjoy a snack. Snacks can be a great way to keep your blood sugar levels all day, which can help you feel great, stay on track and help with weight loss too.
That’s why I came up with this list of 9 of the best Keto-friendly snacks. Of course, no one wants to spend all day making complicated recipes with tons of ingredients they haven’t heard of. So I made sure these recipes are really easy to make.
On this list, I tried to include things that you can make when you’re home and hungry and need an oven to cook but I also have some food you can make ahead of time and stick in a baggie and take them with you if you want to.
In fact, one of my favorite ways to do lunches on any diet is to put together a couple of my favorite snacks and appetizers and turn it into a meal. I even do that at restaurants. I often find that the best thing on the menu is the appetizer section, so I’ll get two large appetizers and a side veggie or salad and call it a meal.
At some restaurants, that’s actually the best way I’ve found to get a Keto meal, cause I can get something like steamed mussels with shrimp cocktail. A little heavy on protein, but no carbs and then a nice salad or veggie helps to round out the meal.
Keto Snacks to Buy
On this page, I also have listed 9 snacks you can buy in the store or on Amazon. Yes, believe it or not, there are actually keto-friendly foods available to buy. There aren’t a ton of them but I did manage to find 9 that I thought would fit in nicely with your lifestyle.
Of course, it’s a lot easier to buy them from Amazon and a lot easier to find them but they are kind of pricey but can be good for an emergency stash.
But if that isn’t a problem for you, that’s great. If it is a problem, you can always make your own snacks with the recipes I have included. My guess is they probably taste better too. But that’s just a guess.
You should let me know if you like the snacks that you can buy on Amazon by commenting below. I would sincerely be interested to know. I did try to choose the snacks that have the highest ratings and look like they are high quality. I wouldn’t want you to buy something that tastes nasty and blame me 🙂 Read the reviews and decide for yourself which you want to try.

Peanut butter is a great low carb snack. Just make sure you buy 100% natural peanut butter with no added sugar, salt or palm oil.

Sorry, popcorn is not allowed on the Keto diet because corn is a grain and no grain is allowed on a strict Keto diet.
What foods do not contain carbohydrates?
As I said above there aren’t many foods that are NO carb. Here is a list of foods that are very LOW in carbs:
- green beans

Nope. bananas are 25% carbs, so in a 100g serving, there are 25g carbs. If you cut a banana into 4 equal pieces, 1 of those pieces is all carbs. Think about it that way. It becomes pretty real in your mind when you think about it that way.
