Easy, Healthy Recipes for Families and Beginners
Check out this selection of easy, healthy recipes that take half an hour or less of prep time (usually way less). We decided to put slow cooker recipes and recipes like overnight oats in this category because they often require little prep but the "cooking" time requires little to no effort and there are few ingredients.
Pretty much all of these are kid-friendly and great for beginners to try. They all have relatively few ingredients and are simplified versions of popular recipes I have made healthier for my family. I especially focus on making the steps really easy and eliminating unnecessary steps.
I wouldn't say I'm lazy. I would say I try to be effective - that is, balance efficiency with results. So I hope you like the results. We're hoping to add lots more recipes soon - especially videos - so check back often!
