Most people in the world when they hear the words natural allergy relief think of things like supplements, essential oils or other solutions that only give temporary allergy relief. But what if you could be free of your allergies in 24 hours?
That’s right. Permanent, natural allergy relief so you can go outside and take a deep breathe of fresh air and not have to worry and not have to take a pill to only temporary help the symptoms.
I know it may sound too good to be true. But read my NAET review below and learn about how my family was able to be freed from our seasonal and food allergies for good.
You Can Eliminate Your Problems with NAET!
After spending years and thousands of dollars trying to get our family all healthy with medium success, my sister happened to find a local chiropractor that does NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques). This is a summary of the technique from their website:Until recently, we looked at disease as sets of symptoms caused by poor function or non-function of specific organs or body parts. Medical professionals everywhere are taught to look for and to treat symptoms, rather than to look further to find their causes. If we looked for causes, most could be found easily, allowing symptoms to be reduced or effectively mitigated.
Here’s why I like NAET so much:
- It works, it REALLY works!
- It addresses the CAUSES instead of symptoms.
- It’s fast – in one day you can be rid of an allergy or health issues forever and not have to take supplements or prescriptions for that symptom anymore.
- I’m not sure if all the practitioners do this but ours only charges for each treatment once, so if you have to re-do it, you don’t have to pay for that.
- There are thousands of practitioners all over the country so there is probably one near you.
- Some of us had a really long list of problems so it took us around 30 sessions over a 3 month period to finish.
- Some of the issues we are having a really hard time getting to “stick” or they will “stick” and then “unstick” after a week or two (notorious hard issues are milk allergy and yeast/Candida)
- It does cost money, but we ended up recouping our money in about two months because we were able to get off so many homeopathic drops and supplements.
- A lot of the long-term health problems (like unbalanced hormones) you have to wait 1-2 months to see results.
How Does It Work?
The practitioner uses muscle testing to find out what allergies you have and other health problems. You hold up your arm and he holds a vial of the energy of the allergen and tries to pull your arm down.
If you are strong to it, that means you don’t need help but if you can’t hold your arm up, that means you are weak and need a treatment. For the treatment, you just hold the vial and he runs an activator down your back and then stimulates your gate points with a vibrator and that’s all for the treatment.
It takes about two minutes and is basically painless, other than some thumping on your back. Then you attach the vial to your body for 24 hours and avoid the allergen for 24 hours. After the 24 hours you go back and see if you are strong to it.
You often only need one treatment. Some allergens are harder to treat and you may need to treat several times. Dr. Hershey (my doctor) says 12 is usually the most times you have to repeat it. He charges $50 for each treatment, regardless of how many times it takes to treat.
We purchase them in increments of 10 for $400 so we pay $40 per treatment. On something like a food allergy you can eat small amounts of the food right after the 24 hours but it will take 1-2 months for the hemoglobins in your body to learn not to attack when you eat that food.
If I eat too much of the food then I just feel tired for a few hours but the reaction is getting less severe each time. If you are treating something like organs, hormones, yeast or long-term health problems those usually takes 1-2 months before you notice a real difference. Some things you notice a difference right away.

Allergies We’ve Treated:
Here’s a list off the top of my head of the allergies we’ve had treated:
DD #1 – salt was a big surprise with her (seems like if you were allergic to salt it could cause all sorts of problems) wheat, milk (that was a hard one to get to stick), a few environmental allergies. She didn’t take too long.
DD #2 – she had the longest list of everyone – pretty much every food allergy and environmental allergen. Her hardest to get to stick was yeast and he said that milk and yeast are usually the hardest to get to stick.
DS– wheat and several brain/neuro things. He’s acting much more like himself more often now. Super awesome.
DD #3 – sugar allergy and some season allergies. She only had 5 or so treatments.
Me – Every food allergen possible plus a surprising number of environmental allergies. The biggest ones for me are heavy metals, yeast and environmental fungus. I’ve been battling those myself for years, so it was no surprise when he said those were an issue for me.
I’m on about the 7th time treating yeast and it seems to be making a big difference in my energy levels. It’s great because it’s been way too hard to fight on my own so now my body is actually fighting my candida overgrowth instead of just ignoring it.
DH– Food and environmental allergies. His biggest difference was in the joint/bone mix, the eye/hydrocarbon/dust mix and diabetes. It has not cured his diabetes and Dr. Hershey said he couldn’t do that but it’s helped and we’re hoping it improves over time. At least he doesn’t take any medication for it now and he’s learning better what foods trigger it.
Our family had to do a lot of the basic 15. My third child, who is our first biological child, had the most from the basic 15 to do. I think she had about 7 she needed done. My oldest daughter only had about 2.
But here’s the thing – my third child is the one who was in the hospital for three weeks, the one with recurrent ear infections, major food allergies, seasonal allergies, recurrent ear infections, ear tubes, tonsils and adnoids out and the list goes on and on.
But ever since she was treated with NAET, she hasn’t gotten sick, her nose hasn’t been stuffy and it was pretty much constantly stuffy before. She doesn’t have eczema, ear infections, food allergies – basically no health problems.
It’s been over five years now since she was treated and she is very healthy, can eat anything she wants and doesn’t get sick any more often than a regular kid.
With her, it probably took around 20 treatments, which costs $40 each so that’s $800. But here’s the thing – that’s $800 total and you’re done. You don’t have to buy special food, force her to eat pills she doesn’t want and best of all, you have a happy, healthy child.
I just can’t put a price on that. All around, our whole family has saved a lot of money after doing NAET. We’re taking about half the supplements we used to – so for us, it paid for itself in about two months.
I’m so in love with NAET! I recently had some sort of weird, really bad rash on my face that was sort of like shingles but nothing would help it enough to really help it, including all the crap a dermatologist gave me. I went to my NAET doctor and was soooo much better immediately and much better the next day.
Since it’s a tough virus, I’ve had to go back a few times to boost it (for free) but I can’t imagine how it would have been without NAET! I love how it fixes the CAUSES of things and not just the symptoms.
July 2014 Food Allergy Update –
So, there are several parts of food allergies – the allergens going through your leaky gut and then your body attacking them. NAET is super awesome at helping with your body not attacking the allergens.
I personally still feel tired after eating some things I used to be allergic to but if I take some essential oils, it takes care of that right away. As for the leaky gut part of the allergens, I am still working on treating that with glutamine off and on, the GAPS diet, probiotics, etc. but in the meantime, I can eat what I want.
I just want to be totally healthy and keep the food allergies from coming back so that’s why I’m working on the leaky gut too.
August 2014 Update –
My son was recently diagnosed with ADD and has tons of emotional issues and we finally found what works for him really, really well. He does NAET and our Dr. now has an IMAET machine. He can scan you in a few minutes and tell you what issues you have and then treat you for them right then.
He has helped about 20 different issues my son had. He’s like a whole new, awesome kid now that doesn’t have tantrums, bad dreams, headaches, freak outs, food allergies, seasonal allergies, isn’t attached to me and several other things.
He has also helped his Type I Diabetes be more stable. Here’s a recent example – his tummy has been hurting really bad for a week now and we tried all the normal things and nothing was working.
We went and got a scan and he was treated for some hormones, emotions and a stomach nerve. Two hours later and now he says his tummy doesn’t hurt at all.
Oct. 2014 Update –
We’ve been going to our NAET doctor for almost two years now and we still love him. We’ve had good luck with our treatments sticking. Just a few have had a hard time sticking, like my hormones (which he just redoes for free), but generally, we’re very happy with them.
The main problem is that I’ve gotten more and more tolerant to food over time so I can eat all sorts of unhealthy, fattening food and it’s too easy to give in sometimes – but sooo nice that I can eat “normal” food on occasion.
April 2018 Update –
Reading this post, I kind of forgot about how many health issues my children especially used to have. You would never know it now. They are totally normal children who can eat anything. Prior to NAET we had to make 4-5 different dinners a lot of nights because of so many different allergies.
I had to have lists of what each person could and couldn’t eat because there were just too many to keep track of. It’s just too bad they can’t help with autoimmune issues, like my son’s Type I Diabetes.
We’ve had really good luck with everything sticking for our children and have never had to take any of my girls back to have anything redone. My son and I end up going in every six months or so either for “maintenance” issues or if we get really sick and can’t seem to get rid of it on our own.
Or sometimes we have health issues and we just can’t figure out what they are. Last year about this time, we thought my son was just constantly sick cause he was congested all the time.
So we took him into our NAET practitioner and he said my son actually had a seasonal allergy to something he didn’t use to be allergic to. So it can be a really good way to figure out what is causing a problem without having to do tons of tests at a doctor.
I do have one vial that just won’t stick. It’s the histamine vial. I have a histamine intolerance and my body just won’t let that vial stick. I finally gave up and just wear it tape to my body all the time.
It’s probably not the best solution, but as soon as I take it off, I start having histamine problems. But as long as I wear it and redo the vial myself every week or so, I don’t have any histamine issues.
