Paleo Almond Butter Bread Recipe with Chocolate Chips

This Paleo almond butter bread is the perfect combination of almond butter and chocolate – but in bread form!  Does life get any better?  It’s like combining my three favorite foods (peanut butter, chocolate, and bread).  Plus it is super easy to make!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together coconut flour, baking powder, and salt
  3. Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips * and coconut oil) and mix together well
  4. Once combined, stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips *
  5. Pour into well-greased loaf pan
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
  7. Once done baking, melt together 2 Tbsp chocolate chips * and coconut oil and drizzle over bread
