Here is an easy meal made in one pot that the whole family will love. It takes 35 minutes or less to make it and there is only one pan to wash. I like the idea of that! You could replace the honey with maple syrup and replace the onions with leeks and leave out the sun-dried tomatoes and have a whole new and different dish.

Easy peasy, that’s what I have to say about this! All you do is rinse the cauliflower and cut it up if you buy a whole head. Lay it out on a baking sheet . You don’t even have to pre-cook the bacon . You just cut it up with scissors which is quick, spread the piece around with the cauliflower. Then bake it for about 30 minutes and it’s done and ready to eat. It makes a great snack or side dish.
