These baked pumpkin spelt donuts are made with whole grains, no refined sugar and are Vegan. Plus, they taste great!




  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour, baking soda, salt, and spices)
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well
  4. Spoon into a well-greased donut panĀ (or a mini muffin tin to make donut holes)
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly
  7. Once cool enough to handle, remove from donut pan and sprinkle with coconut sugar
