These are the best Paleo banana bread recipes I could find. That’s saying something because I searched through tons of Paleo Banana Bread recipes and choose these because I thought they were the best.
When going grocery shopping buying bananas is a staple ingredient for this family to buy. Some will be eaten fresh as a snack or with breakfast. One of our favorite simple breakfasts with fresh bananas and other fruits or sauce is our Paleo Crepes Recipe.
Regardless of how many bananas we consume in our house there seem to be a couple that is not eaten before reaching the preferred ripeness. Luckily for everyone bananas freeze well and can be added to a lot of different recipes after they are frozen.
One of our favorites is our recipe, Paleo Caramelized Pecan Banana Ice Cream. A couple other favorites are making a simple fruit smoothie or adding a banana to a protein drink, it adds texture and makes it taste more like a smoothie than a drink.
We can’t forget the beloved banana bread recipes. All growing up we would use over ripened bananas for banana bread and I still do this. Bananas were one of the foods we weren’t sad about going “bad” in fact we looked forward to it.
I wanted to share with a list of 9 of my favorite Paleo Banana Bread recipes for you to look over and try the ones that look good to you and work for your food lifestyle needs and wants. I hope you enjoy these recipes, let us know which ones you are going to try and tag your pictures on Instagram (@mynaturalfamily) so we know you tried them. Happy baking!
TIP: One of the most important things to remember when freezing bananas is to make sure you take off the peeling before freezing or it becomes a nightmare to take off when it is time to use them.
It is so much easier to peel real quick and put them in a baggie before freezing. I usually just break my bananas in half as well to portion them.

2. Carrot Cake Banana Bread – The Roasted Root
Two of my favorite types of bread are carrot cake and banana bread combined in one recipe! 4. Instant Pot Chocolate Chip Banana Bread – Recipes to Nourish
I absolutely love to use my instant pot for as many things as possible it is convenient because of how quick and simple it is to use. It is hard to remember before I started to use an Instant Pot. I use it for a lot of food now. I am always looking for new things to cook in it, I have never tried to make bread in it. I included this recipe because it has clean ingredients and I thought some of you would be interested in a Instant Pot recipe like me.
5. Banana Bread – Healthy Recipes
I have included another recipe with only a few necessary ingredients letting the natural ingredients shine without adding a bunch of unnecessary ingredients. This recipe does not have additional ingredients like chocolate or almond butter. This is a good one if you want a recipe close to a traditional recipe!
6. Banana Blueberry Breakfast Bread – Paleo Running Momma
This banana bread also has blueberries included. What a fun combination! I love both blueberries and bananas and so I was excited to find a good recipe that has both bananas and blueberries combined in bread. This recipe also uses maple syrup as a natural sweetener. I love the flavor of using maple syrup in recipes and it is one of my common ingredients to use to avoid refined sugars.
7. Coconut Flour Banana Bread – Uncommonly Well
This bread recipe is made with coconut flour, arrowroot flour, and coconut milk. The texture is cake-like and is moist. This recipe also doesn’t use any sweeteners which are even better than adding honey or maple syrup. The sweetness of the banana really shines in this breafd and makes it possible to do so.
8. Perfect Banana Bread – Peanut Butter Runner
Here is another recipe that is supposed to taste close to how traditional banana bread tastes. It uses almond flour and coconut flour, and coconut flour really soaks in liquids which part of the reason why it calls for several eggs. This loaf would be great for breakfast with some butter or jam spread on it.
