These are 9 of the best Paleo chicken breast recipes that you can make for dinner tonight. Now you have to decide which one your are going to choose. Chicken has always been a staple food in my home; It seems like I’m always cooking some type of chicken. I rarely get tired of eating chicken, because there are so many different chicken recipes to choose from. However, when I started incorporating Paleo recipes into my diet, it was hard to find a good Paleo chicken breast recipe. The hardest part was finding a recipe that did not have soy sauce in the marinade and was truly Paleo.
I was able to find 9 great new recipes that I can now rotate through my regular menu. I am very pleased with the list, especially since I have a variety of chicken breast recipes now so that I don’t get tired of eating the same chicken recipes over and over.
Now if it would only get warmer here so I can do some grilling. 🙂 Most of the Paleo chicken recipes in this post are either grilled, baked or fried and eaten with a side dish.

9 of the Best Paleo Chicken Breast Recipes for Your Dinner Tonight!
1. Caribbean Jerk Baked Chicken – My Natural Family
I love how I can just throw this in the oven and do anything I want while my dinner is cooking. Bonus, it has good flavor that’s a little unique and a little familiar. You won’t be sorry if you try this.
2. Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas – My Natural Family
This chicken in this recipe is really good and really simple, especially if you use pre-made salsa. It’s so easy to make and you can choose how long to cook it and what to ingredients to use. You can either cook it on high for 8 hours or low for 4-5 hours. It comes out great either way. It’s a personal preference. It just depends on your time and circumstances.
3. Teriyaki Chicken Skewers – My Natural Family
This teriyaki sauce is not sweetened with sugar, it’s sweetened with dates and a little bit of honey. All good wholesome natural ingredients that are so much more healthy than sugar. Once it’s pureed, the sweet onion and dates also help to thicken the sauce. That way you don’t need a thickening agent.
4. Sizzling Cilantro Lime Fajita Salad with Honey Lime Vinaigrette – My Natural Family
Limes – Cilantro – Chicken – Onion – Bell Pepper – Romaine – Avocado – Cherry Tomatoes
This is one of my most popular recipes – and for good reason. The chicken is delicious and it tastes just like a fajita, but you don’t even miss the tortillas because of the delicious sauce. Lots of times we have served it without the lettuce just as BBQ chicken with a sauce and fajita vegetables on the side and my whole extended family loves it and requests it. And we can eat what everyone else is having without feeling like we’re eating something different. Some times we even serve it with normal people things, like either tortillas, sour cream, cheese, etc. so people can make their own fajitas or just as BBQ chicken and we have other people bring sides.
5. Oriental Chicken Salad – My Natural Family
This is a really good standby when you need a good easy and light meal. It would be great for lunch or dinner. It can be made for twenty people or just one. I made the dressing with sesame oil to give it a little Asian flair plus some extra flavor. You are supposed to use fresh mandarin oranges or you could use Halo oranges. I have used canned mandarin oranges, they aren’t technically clean because they have a little added sugar. I just drain the juice off and rinse the oranges and hope that I get rid of most of the sugar.
6. Healthy Artichoke & Asparagus Chicken Salad – My Natural Family
This is a good example of a salad for a main dish that will fill you up and maybe even help you lose weight. I love main dish salads because I don’t have to make anything else. Just the salad and it’s a full meal. So easy. I especially the the asparagus and artichoke. After eating this you may even become a believe in asparagus an artichoke hearts.
7. Chicken Alfredo Bake – My Natural Family
Chicken – Bacon – Cauliflower – Almond Milk
Alfredo sauce has always been one of my favorites. Since I was forced to eat dairy-free and gluten-free I really missed my Alfredo sauce. I decided to do something about it so I developed this Paleo Alfredo sauce. I’m really pleased with how it turned out. It is not only one of the easiest recipes to make, it’s also jam packed with flavors and so incredibly delicious. The sauce is made our of cauliflower. The result is this soft silky sauce which makes the perfect Paleo Alfredo topping.
8. 20 Minute Cashew Chicken – My Natural Family
Chicken – Bell Peppers – Onion – Honey – Cashew Halves – Green Onion
This Paleo cashew chicken is one of my favorites because it is so quick and easy to make. Of course it tastes wonderful too. I wouldn’t eat it if it didn’t. One time my sister and brother were at my house and we were trying to decide if we wanted to go out or make something. I told them I could have this meal made before they could drive to the fast food place and bring it back. They didn’t believe me, but I proved them wrong. It totally only took me 20 minutes to make it from start to finish. They even asked for the recipe.
9. Clean Eating Indian Saag – Clean Eating Recipes
I love how this Indian Saag gets my children and I to eat more veggies. It’s so cool how spinach is transformed, so much so that you can’t even tell it’s spinach. Except that it’s still green. My kids don’t even know it’s healthy and they beg for it, they love it so much. Make cauliflower rice to serve it over. Replace the cheese with chicken. I do it all the time.
