Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix all of the ingredients for the crust in a large bowl until a dough forms
  3. Cut out 1/4 of the crust dough and set aside
  4. Press the remaining 3/4 of the dough into a well greased 8×8 baking dish
  5. Mix all of the ingredients for the filling together in a large bowl
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared 8×8 baking dish
  7. Crumble the 1/4 of dough (that had been set aside) over the top of the filling
  8. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the top starts to lightly brown
  9. Allow to cool and serve
  10. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge
