Lasagna was one of my favorite dinners when I was growing up. My dad is Italian so ya, duh! I still like lasagna today, but haven’t made it in a long time because of the pasta and enormously large amounts of cheese that is in it.
It was a lot harder than I originally had thought to find a good Paleo lasagna recipe, but after lots of searching I found 25 mouth-watering Paleo lasagna recipes. I also love that these recipes are packed with vegetables which makes it easy for me to get my daily vegetable requirement and they add such a great flavor to the lasagna that I don’t even miss not having noodles in my lasagna. I also like all of the vegetables like zucchini or other kinds of squash in the lasagna because it means I only have to prepare one dish. I don’t have to prepare any side dishes of vegetables or anything else because the lasagna itself has plenty of vegetables in it. That makes it so easy in my opinion.
