Paleo Meal Planning can be hard. Really hard. It’s a whole different way of thinking than you may used to. Even if you’re like me and have been eating mostly Paleo for years, it’s still hard. I mean, you have all the normal challenges of coming up with 3 meals a day but then you throw in all the restrictions and additions of the diet and I don’t know anyone that couldn’t use a little help. Luckily, there are several great resources out there to help you make food that’s delicious and easy so you won’t miss eating “regular” food. These are the resources I’ve been able to find but I’m sure there are more so please let me know what to add to the list.
E-Meals
With E-Meals you choose a meal plan based on eating style, family size and your favorite grocery store. Once a week you get an email with 7 dinner recipes, a
shopping list organized by section and coordinated with weekly sales at grocery stores. You really can save lots of time and money. There are way more options than just Paleo too. There are meal plans for clean eating, slow cooking, portion control, natural & organic, gluten free, gourmet, vegetarian and others. You can also add on breakfast and lunch if you want. It’s definitely worth checking out! The following are some other great resources from E-Meals I thought you might like…

I like eating seasonally. Thanks.
I love the seasonality of your list, definitely helpful to keep around!
This seems like a great way to help me stay organized. I like that you can customize what you eat and it isn’t a generic “one size fits all” plan! Thanks for the good info!
So excited to learn more about the Paleo diet. I think it will really benefit me, my husband and our sweet little one who has yet to enter the world! I went to a Maximized Living event (if you don’t know about them, definitely check them out!) called cancer killers and it really inspired me to help us take control of our eating and natural God-given healing power. Clean eating can do just that! Oh, and I LOVE Deep Blue. Its so helpful for my back pain especially during this pregnancy. I’m almost out of my bottle here at home!
