I have 9 of the best ever Whole 30 chia pudding recipes below. Chia pudding is so quick and easy to make the night before and it’s ready in the morning. Today I have been trying to find Whole30 recipes and so I settled on finding Chia Pudding recipes.
Why, well because I need a good healthy hearty breakfast with low carbs, no dairy and no sugar added and as much protein as possible. Well, that’s a tall order and not easy to fill especially if you don’t want eggs involved.
I came across some Chia Pudding recipes and thought that they would fit the bill. Chia seeds have 4.7 grams of protein in one ounce that’s not a ton but chia seeds are low in carbs. Chia seeds have 12 grams of carbs in one ounce whereas oatmeal has 27 grams of carbs in the same amount.
If you choose a chia pudding recipes that have no sugar added and some added protein like spinach you can have a great breakfast dish that is super easy to make and quick to eat also. That’s my goal, super easy to make and quick to make and eat.
I have had low blood sugar or hypoglycemia for a while now and my mom has had it for over 20 years. We are always looking for no sugar recipes and low carbs recipes and we have found that Whole30 recipes fit that bill pretty well. We need to find more Whole30 recipes of all kinds to incorporate into our diet.
I may have a couple of recipes in this list that say honey or maple syrup is optional, so if you find a recipe that says that just remember it is optional and you do not want to take that option, just simply don’t put the honey or maple sugar in it.
Some Whole30 recipes taste just fine without any added sugar but others depending on what they are made with might not taste as good if you just skip the sugar. These recipes have fruit added which makes them taste sweet without adding sugar but as you know some fruits are naturally sweeter than others. For example, I don’t think I could eat rhubarb or cranberries without added sugar so none of these recipes are made with the more tart fruits, makes sense to me.

With two diabetics in the house, I’ve gotten used to my food being less sweet. You could add a bit of maple syrup or honey if you like. I added raspberries but any kind of fruit is good. It just depends on what you have on hand and what fits your budget and what is available. Fresh or frozen works well, it doesn’t matter.
