This frozen mixed berry smoothie is fast, simple, nutritious, and delicious – just the way I like them! It is the perfect afternoon or morning snack and comes together in just minutes. I love the extra protein from the Greek yogurt.
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- optional - 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy, adding water as necessary until it reaches your desired consistency.
