This coleslaw recipe is a healthier version of the popular and simple cabbage salad. The dressing is made with Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise, and no one will be able to taste the difference.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I used full fat)
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar * (or lemon)
  • 1/2 tsp Real Salt *
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. For best results, allow to marinade for 30-60 minutes before serving

Notes

The cook time is accounting for an hour for it to marinade.
