Description
This coleslaw recipe is a healthier version of the popular and simple cabbage salad. The dressing is made with Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise, and no one will be able to taste the difference.
Ingredients

- 10 oz shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I used full fat)
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar * (or lemon)
- 1/2 tsp Real Salt *
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- For best results, allow to marinade for 30-60 minutes before serving
Notes
The cook time is accounting for an hour for it to marinade.
