Healthy Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds *
  • 1/4 cup yogurt of choice (I used full fat Greek yogurt)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
