This oatmeal recipe is easy to throw together before you go to bed and you will love to wake up to the smell of pumpkin and spices.

- 1 Tbl Butter, (softened)
- 2 Cups Gluten-Free Steel Cut Oats
- 1 15 ounce can Pumpkin Puree
- 3 1/2 Cups Water
- 3 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup *
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Palm Sugar *
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbl Cinnamon
- 1 Tbl Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp Real Salt *
Instructions
- Grease the inside of a crockpot with the softened butter.
- Add remaining ingredients to the crockpot and whisk together until well combined.
- Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve with toppings such as chopped pecans, cooked spiced apples, chia seeds *, flax seeds, butter, etc.
