Description
These double chocolate brownies are a healthy, low calorie, and delicious treat that includes a secret ingredient. You won't be able to stop eating them!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup coconut flour *
- 1/2 cup arrowroot powder *
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Real Salt *
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder *
- 1 medium avocado
- 6 Tbsp pure maple syrup *
- 1/2 cup coconut milk * from the carton (or if you don't need them to be nut-free, unsweetened almond milk. If not Paleo, dairy, rice, etc. will work)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar *
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips *
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Shift together the coconut flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder
- Blend together the avocado, maple syrup, and milk until smooth
- Add the avocado mixture, eggs, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients
- Mix until well combined and a batter is formed
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips
- Transfer to a well greased 8x8 baking dish (use cold coconut oil)
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
