It is that time of year when I eat 10 times more sweets in two months than I do the other 10 months out of the year. I don’t know why but I always want to bake a LOT in November and December. Maybe because it is the beginning of the winter or because I grew up baking a lot of goodies this time of year, but either way my husband and I consume a lot of treats this time of year (not that I’m complaining). I don’t think we are the only ones who do this either (my evidence is the plates of treats that are given to us from our neighbors each year).
Since this is the first year that I have been eating dishes from the paleo diet I knew that I wouldn’t be able to make the same treats that I usually make this time of year since they do not comply with this new lifestyle that I am trying to live. At first I was pretty sad that I wouldn’t be able to make the same treats I have been making for years, until I found these 15 amazing paleo Christmas cookie recipes. These cookie recipes look and sound amazing! I am so excited to try these and share them with my family this holiday season. I am also going to look for other treat recipes that are not cookies so I have a good variety of treats to choose from this season. I hope that you will enjoy these cookies as much as I will. If you have any other amazing Christmas cookie recipes please link below, I want them!
