I started doing the Paleo diet on my own because of health issues a while ago (10 yrs ago!) It didn't have a name back then (at least that I knew of). These only have a few ingredients. The homemade sauce tastes so much better than the canned stuff and it's easy to make. I like to blend up the onion and pepper so my kids don't know they are in there, but you still get the flavor from them.
