I came across some chia pudding recipes and thought that they would fit the bill. Chia seeds have 4.7 grams of protein in one ounce that’s not a ton but chia seeds are low in carbs. Chia seeds have 12 grams of carbs in one ounce whereas oatmeal has 27 grams of carbs in the same amount. If you choose a chia pudding recipes that have no sugar added and some added protein like spinach you can have a great breakfast dish that is super easy to make and quick to eat also. That’s my goal, super easy to make and quick to make and eat.

Where do you think all that energy comes from when you drink a protein drink, yes from the sugar, for a short period of time. Protein drinks are not healthy at all.
