Crock Pot Chimichanga Meat

tortillas

1 pd. Beef stew meat

3/4 cups water

1 clove garlic

1 Tbl. Chili powder

½ Tbl. Vinegar

1 tsp. Dried oregano

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Cumin

pepper

Cook above in crock pot for four hours on high. Shred very fine. Heat oil in frying pan, wrap tortillas over meat and fry. Garnish with lettuce, beans, guacamole.
