Fall, Halloween are almost here and Thanksgiving isn’t far behind and it’s the perfect time to start find clean eating pumpkin recipes.
These clean eating pumpkin recipes would be great for any Halloween party or even for Thanksgiving dinner. Better than that these clean eating pumpkin recipes would be good anytime of the year and any time of the day.
Of course, the best clean eating pumpkin comes fresh from a pumpkin grown in your own garden or a fresh pumpkin bought at the store.
I actually use pureed squash a lot of the time in place of pumpkin in all of my pumpkin recipes, I think it tastes better than pumpkin.
Pumpkin you buy in a can is also clean eating though and much easier, just make sure you buy pureed pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling, it has sugar added, which is not clean.
