Aren’t you always looking for something easy, inexpensive AND healthy to make? I know I am! Well, here are some options for appetizers. Now, “healthy” is a somewhat ambiguous term nowadays with all of our different diet options and some folk’s diet restrictions – and, “healthy” to me might not be “healthy” to you. And that’s ok! I’ve tried to include recipes with mostly organic or homemade ingredients. We have some sweet recipes, some savory, some paleo, some gluten-free – there’s a great variety! Take a look at them, and if there are some that contain ingredients you can’t have such as grains or dairy, try substitutes that DO work for you… I hope you like them.
