Our first garbanzo bean recipe compilation post was such a success that I decided to do some more digging and find more of the best garbanzo bean recipes. This time I focused on recipes that had just garbanzo bean flour as opposed to the other post where I included recipes with garbanzo beans whole. Remember that garbanzo bean flour, chickpea flour, gram flour, and besan flour are all the same thing! So if a recipe calls for chickpea flour, don’t fret, you can use garbanzo bean flour because it is the same exact ingredient. I’m not quite sure why they have so many different names for the exact same product, but they do. Does anybody else know why? If so, please enlighten the rest of us who are still in the dark about this. Enjoy!
