Lasagna was one of my favorite dinners when I was growing up. I still like lasagna today, but haven’t made it in a long time because of the pasta and enormously large amounts of cheese that is in it. Luckily, paleo recipes do not have either pasta or cheese in them so I am really looking forward to trying these recipes and being able to eat lasagna again! I also love that these recipes are packed with vegetables which makes it easy for me to get my daily vegetable requirement and they add such a great flavor to the lasagna that I don’t even miss not having noodles in my lasagna.
It was a lot harder than I originally had thought to find a good Paleo lasagna recipe, but I believe that after lots of searching I found 10 mouth-watering Paleo lasagna recipes. Some are similar to each other, but are different enough that they deserve to be on this list. A couple of these recipes do call for cheese as an ingredient but to make the recipe officially Paleo just omit the cheese. I hope that you will like these recipes as much as I do. Enjoy!
