Sometimes eating on the Paleo diet can be kind of hard. Especially when you are traveling or always on the go. And extra EXTRA hard if you are traveling with kids AND doing the paleo diet. Whew! I’m tired just thinking of it. But maybe here are a few ideas to make your diet a little easier and a little more fun as you travel to and from work or if you are traveling across the world.
