The older I get the more I enjoy side dishes. They've actually become my favorite part of most any meal, I think. I'm not so much into salads anymore. What I am into is roasted anything pretty much. I love my roasted vegetables, I love them all like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green beans, and potatoes especially sweet potato fries.
You've got to try the Paleo mac and cheese, you won't believe how good it is even though it has no cheese in it. I'm serious especially my kids love it, it's amazing.
My potato salad is amazing too, you really should try it. It's so easy to make too. I think you'll love any of these healthy recipes and after you try one I'm sure you'll want to try another one.
Side dishes really do make a meal complete. Of course, it's a little more work to make another dish for a meal but it certainly is worth it in my opinion. Besides a side dish makes a more well rounded healthy meal especially since a lot of them are made with veggies.
So be extra healthy and make one of these side dishes with every meal. You'll be surprised how much better you feel and how healthy you'll be.
