Here are 9 of the best ever Paleo popsicle recipes. They are great for summer or anytime. They all look sooooo good you won’t be able to resist them. My whole family loves summer and we love popsicles, both the kids and the adults. I like them because they are easy. I don’t have to dirty bowls and spoons or scoopers like I do when we have ice cream. Just take it out of the freezer and eat it, that’s about as easy as you can get. Of course, when you eat paleo it isn’t quite that easy because you have to make them first. Since most of these recipes are made with real fruit, they are healthy for anyone on any diet and delicious too. The fruit in these recipes not only makes them colorful and yes, I say “beautiful”. The fruit also makes them healthier than the store bought ones and of course, they taste better too.
All of these Paleo popsicle recipes are easy to make. For most of these recipes you just throw a few ingredients in a blender, pour it into a mold of some kind then freeze it and eat it. Anybody can do it! Of course some of these are made with alternative kinds of milk like almond milk so they are dairy-free also.*Please note that most of the links on this page are affiliate links. What an interesting combination with blueberries. cherries and strawberries. The gelatin will keep the pops from becoming too solid like ice so these are easier to eat. 7. Vanilla Pineapple Popsicles – An Edible Mosaic
Pineapple – Vanilla Bean Paste
Have you ever heard of Sri Lankan pineapple? I hadn’t but apparently it has a lot difference and similarities to Hawaiian pineapple. Sri Lankan pineapple is sweeter and has a darker color. Sri Lankan pineapple was used for these pop so if you’re using a Hawaiian pineapple you might need to add a little honey. I suggest tasting the mixture before you freeze it to decide.
