I have been learning about clean eating. I wasn’t sure what that meant. I thought maybe it meant I should wash my food really good. After doing some research I learned a lot. I decided that to me it means to eat what I would call from scratch. I grew up on a farm in Idaho and decided that I grew up eating clean and didn’t even know it. We ate from the garden, killed our own chickens and beef. Drank milk straight from the cow and bought very little from the grocery store. I found a great website that explains it very clearly. You will probably want to check it out here.
I also found another great website that has a list of approved clean eating foods that are broken up into categories. If you’re interested you might want to go here.
I love to use the crock pot or slow cooker. It is so easy, throw it in and forget about it for awhile, and dinner is made. I thought it would be fun to find a lot of good crock pot clean eating recipes.
Here is what I came up with, a list of 25 clean eating crock pot recipes.
