I have 9 easy and quick Paleo breakfast recipes that will knock your socks off. I don’t know about you, but I am definitely not a morning person and when it comes to eating breakfast, that is what gets left out. Not Good! I really do hate making breakfast but I know also that it truly is the most important meal of the day.
I know that making anything Paleo isn’t usually quick and easy because it takes much more preparation than just picking up a box of cereal at the store. Quick and easy are relative, meaning that quick and easy to one person will mean something totally different to another person. Because of that, I tried to include the quickest and easiest Paleo breakfast recipes I could find.*Please note that most of the links on this page are affiliate links. For this post, I chose quick paleo breakfast recipes that are easy to make at the last minute that can and should be eaten right away. For my 9 Paleo Breakfast On-the-Go Recipes post, I chose recipes that you make ahead of time like on Saturday or Sunday or the night before. Then you just grab them and eat them the next morning or even for breakfast for the next week for, say on your way to work or to drop the kids off at school.

Easy and Quick Paleo Breakfast Recipes
1. Tropical Green Smoothie – My Natural Family
Spinach – Banana – Orange – Pineapple – Avocado – Coconut Milk
The best part of smoothies is how easy they are to make. Most people can handle tossing fruits and vegetables into a blender. Make sure to actually measure the greens. I like to use the coconut milk from a can because I think it has the best flavor but you can use it from a carton if you want to. The avocado is my secret ingredient. It helps keep things from separating and makes it smooth and creamy without any weird avocado taste. I had a couple drops of essential oil to make it refreshing and to add flavor too.
2. Paleo Pancakes – My Natural Family
The small amount of banana in these helps make them fluffy and light. If you didn’t know, you wouldn’t be able to tell that these are super healthy compared to “regular” pancakes. Measuring the three kinds of flours is a little more work but it is worth it. You really get the best of all of the different kinds. It makes it so the negative aspects of each flour are minimized and the positive aspects are maximized. You really don’t taste any one kind of flour. Which is a good thing in my opinion.
3. Paleo Crepes – My Natural Family
These crepes and easy and quick and actually taste good. They are pliable and almost taste like a “normal” crepe. They have been pretty life-changing for me. Seriously, it’s a “normal” person food which is easy to make and actually makes me feel like I’m eating the same thing as everyone else. You can fill them with pretty much anything you want to. Some ideas I have are mushrooms and butter or peppers, sausage and onions. You could try Paleo Nutella with bananas and strawberries or put your favorite fruit inside with maple syrup or coconut cream.
4. Sweet Potato Toast – Family Food on the Table
Sweet Potato – Your Favorite Toppings
This is the easiest idea I’ve seen in a long time. All you do is slice a sweet potato so it fits in the regular toaster. Then you toast it two or three times depending on your toaster and how thick the sweet potato is. When it’s done you top it with whatever you feel like that day. You can either go sweet or savory, it’s up to you. Some suggestions are almond butter and fruit or a fried egg, pepper and salt and chili powder or hot sauce or salsa. You could top it with either slice or mashed avocado, sliced tomatoes and even a fried egg. Other suggestions are honey or maple syrup and cinnamon and sprinkle it with chia seeds. You could even try honey butter and cinnamon.
5. Tumeric Carrot Chia Pudding – A Saucy Kitchen
All you need to make this chia pudding on the stove top is a few minutes of prep time and about five minutes to cook it. Yes, finally a chia seed breakfast you don’t have to make the night before that only takes a few minutes to make in the morning. It looks they added some good things on top like nuts and coconut. Maybe some coconut cream would be good.
6. Spinach Mushroom Omelette – That Girls Cooks Healthy
Eggs – Mushrooms – Garam Masala – Chives – Spinach – Onion – Olive Oil
This spinach mushroom omelet is filling, convenient and quick to make for your busy mornings. It’s packed with protein, iron, vitamin B, and vitamin D. You’ll feel full and energized when you eat this omelet because of all the vitamins and minerals you’ll get in one meal. You can go several hours after eating this before you get hungry again.
7. Quick and Easy Paleo Avocado Eggs – Food Smart Mom
Avocados – Eggs – Real Salt
I don’t know anyone that eats an avocado just by itself, do you? It always tastes better if it in a salad or made into guacamole or on a sandwich. The flavor of avocado and eggs pair together really well. This is the easiest breakfast in the world. Plus you can get a lot of stuff done while they are baking. Then you can eat them and be ready for your day. Mira has specific instructions about how to make a picture-perfect avocado egg. There is lots of good healthy fat in the meal too
8. 3-Minute Paleo Coconut Almond Porridge – Wicked Good Kitchen
With this porridge, you get the hot cereal texture you’re familiar with. It only takes 3 minutes to cook it plus it’s full of flavor, satisfying and rich and creamy. It’s the ideal quick and easy healthy breakfast. It’s the perfect way to start a day especially when it’s cold outside. You won’t miss that oatmeal anymore. Put your favorite fruit on top and you’re set and ready to go for the day.
9. Cinnamon Roll In A Mug – The Iron You
Mike says he literally made 25 batches of these cinnamon rolls before he got the perfect roll the way he wanted it. That’s what I mean when I say over and over again to use tried and true recipes. This one has been tested over and over again. Mike says they are cakey but not too cakey, sweet but not too sweet, moist but not too moist and cinnamony but not too cinnamony. So if that’s the way you like your cinnamon rolls, this is the recipe for you. It only takes 2 minutes to cook these in the microwave. While they are cooking you can make the icing. Drizzle it on top and you’re done and it’s ready to eat.
