That’s why I found all of these great Paleo chicken salad recipes. I wanted to have a big variety and I want to share them with you.

Lots of times we have served it without the lettuce just as BBQ chicken with a sauce and fajita vegetables on the side and my whole extended family loves it and requests it. And we can eat what everyone else is having without feeling like we’re eating something different. Sometimes we even serve it with normal people things, like either tortilla’s, sour cream, cheese, etc. so people can make their own fajitas or just as BBQ chicken and we have other people bring sides.
3. Paleo Chinese Chicken Salad – My Natural Family
This is a really good standby when you need a good easy and light meal. It would be great for lunch or dinner. It can be made for twenty people or just one. I made the dressing with sesame oil to give it a little Asian flair plus some extra flavor. You are supposed to use fresh mandarin oranges or you could use Halo oranges. I have used canned mandarin oranges, they aren’t technically clean because they have added sugar. I just drain the juice off and rinse the oranges and hope that I get rid of most of the sugar.
