I have so many different gluten free crock pot meals. I have gluten free lasagna, chicken, chili, pot roast and stew. I also have many soup recipes, meatloaf, clam chowder and rice bowls. You might the spaghetti, meatballs and pulled pork gluten free recipes I have.
Anyone will love them even if you don’t need a gluten free meal. Remember that all foods on the Paleo diet are also gluten free, so don’t get scared away by that word, “Paleo”.
I love cooking with my crock pot. It is so easy to just dump stuff in it, turn it on and come back hours later and it’s all done and ready to eat.
Using a crock pot is so convenient, especially if I am not able to make dinner that night and need something for all those hungry mouths at my house.
The main problem with crock pot cooking is that you have to plan ahead. You have to know what you want for dinner more than half an hour before you intend on eating. I have the same problem and wanted this list so I can easily find a new recipe to try.
I especially like to use the crock pot for parties and family gatherings because I can get the food all prepared ahead of time and don’t have to run around like a crazy person at the last minute trying to pull everything together. I like the fact that just before the party I can finish cleaning, setting up tables and laying everything out instead of cooking.
Crock pots also work well if you are going somewhere else for the party because it’s easy to transport and then just plug in the crock pot when you get to the party and keep it warm until everyone gets there.
