Here are the 9 best clean eating shrimp recipes for an easy meal. Shrimp is quick, easy and simple to cook. That’s why it’s so good for an easy healthy meal. Shrimp and I have this love affair. I’m serious, it’s real. I really really really love shrimp. I used to order it in restaurants but I never cooked it myself. Probably because I didn’t really know which kind to buy and because I didn’t know how to cook it. Here in Utah, it isn’t readily available fresh either and it’s somewhat expensive.
The good news is that in the last couple of years it has become easier to find and the prices have dropped somewhat. Here I can get it in Costco and local grocery stores. That’s when I started experimenting with some recipes. I discovered how easy it is to prepare and how quickly it cooks up. Grilled on a skewer is my favorite way to prepare it. I really love how the flavors of the shrimp, butter, and lemon blend so well together. They love each other as much as I love them. 🙂

This is about as easy as you can get to prepare. You just place all of the ingredients on a sheet pan and bake it for about 30 minutes. That’s it, that’s all you do. Wow, easy. Serve it over brown rice and you’ll have a complete meal. You could add a side dish of steamed veggies If you want to but it isn’t necessary.
