Keto meatloaf recipes make the perfect low carb meal. Think about it – when you make a meatloaf but leave out the breadcrumb binder and the catsup that’s loaded with sugar, you have a meal that’s full of protein, fat and low carb vegetables.
The cheeses in so many of these recipes add even more fat and of course more deliciousness. These aren’t your mother’s or grandmother’s dry, nasty meatloaf; they are so much more. Look through them all and pick out the one that sounds the best to you and give it a try. I think you’ll enjoy any of these Keto meatloaf recipes.
I would love for you to comment below and tell me any Keto Meatloaf you try and if you like or don’t like the recipe.

Minced Beef – Onion – Garlic – Eggs – Flaxmeal – Coconut Aminos – Tomato Passata – Green Pepper – Cheddar Cheese – Gouda Cheese – Parmesan Cheese
Naomi remembers when she was a child and her dad used to make meatloaf for her. She thought it was incredibly fancy because he stuffed it with cheese. Ooey gooey melted cheese is something I adore. She made a few changes like leaving out the carbs and the sugar. It still brings back good memories with each bite, even though she makes it herself and it’s not quite the same. She likes to serve it with mashed cauliflower or cauliflower rice.
2. Veggie Ranch Turkey Meatloaf – Paleo Running Momma
Ground Turkey – Ghee – Onion – Garlic – Spinach – Eggs – Almond Flour – Real Salt – Onion Powder – Garlic Powder – Paprika – Dill – Brown Mustard
I love the idea of putting ranch dressing on top of turkey meatloaf. I know meatloaf is comfort food for a lot of people and most people love it. But that hasn’t been the case for me. My mother hardly ever made meatloaf, she didn’t really like it herself. It wasn’t something she hated she would just live fine without it. She looked and looked and never found a recipe she really liked that much.
But, this looks really good to me. The sauce is always the problem. Catsup has too much sugar etc. I want to try making this and put the ranch sauce on it. That sounds way better to me than catsup. Catsup isn’t keto anyway. Use my Homemade Keto Mayo Recipe – and the homemade ranch sauce recipe that is included on the Paleo Running Momma blog, link above. Don’t serve it with sweet potatoes, they aren’t Keto but avocado sure is.
3. Stuffed Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf – Paleo Love and Low Carb
Ground Chicken – Three Cheese Garlic Marinara Sauce – Garlic – Fresh Parsley – Italian Seasoning – Onion Powder – Real Salt – Ricotta Cheese – Mozzarella Cheese – Parmesan Cheese – Chives
This meatloaf made with ground chicken, homemade marinara sauce (recipe included) and all the Italian cheese and spices is like a big tray of lasagna. Minus the pasta and carbs. This isn’t your grandma’s boring nasty stuff. Try baking this in a silicone loaf pan and it could change your life. Whatever you bake in it slides right out and it is one thousand times easier to clean up. There will be no going back to those metal or glass bread pans. You’ll probably throw them in the garbage.
4. Meatloaf – My PCOS Kitchen
Onion – Garlic – Mushrooms – Ground Pork – Tomato Paste – Coconut Aminos – Eggs – Almond Milk – Almond Flour – Oregano – Thyme – Canned Tomatoes – Basil – Parsley
You know how your mother’s meatloaf was crammed full of catsup that’s full of sugar or even worse high fructose corn syrup. Well, this has a homemade sauce made with canned tomatoes and spices that really good. The sauce sinks into the meat and makes it come out juicy and full of flavor. It’s so good the whole family will want to eat it.
5. Cheeseburger Meatloaf – Jam Hands
Ground Beef – Eggs – Parmesan Cheese – Onion – Real Salt – Garlic Powder – Cheddar Cheese
With this recipe, you get a pretty substantial serving of meat with only two carbs. That makes it so that you can make up the majority of your carbs for the meal with your side dishes. She says it doesn’t have the exact texture of a regular meatloaf. But I’m not sure what a regular meatloaf texture is anyway. I don’t think I’ve had any two that are exactly the same. Even when using the same recipe. She says to add fresh onion, but I just discovered frozen, fresh chopped onions in the freezer section of our local Winco grocery store. I hate cutting up onions and I just solved that problem big time.
6. The Best Meatloaf – Kettle & Fire
Ground Beef – Eggs – Onion – Garlic – Mushrooms – Coconut Aminos – Tomato Paste – Almond Milk – Almond Flour – Oregano – Tomatoes – Parsley
This includes a homemade tomato sauce recipe that is both delicious and Keto. That’s a win-win in my opinion. It’s made with almond flour in place of breadcrumbs. The almond flour works great. I actually use almond flour in my meatballs recipes too to thicken them up and hold everything together. It works great, you don’t even know it’s there but it does its job with ease.
7. Mexican Chili Meatloaf – My Life Cookbook
Ground Beef – Ground Pork – Onion – Green Pepper – Garlic – Almond Flour – Chili Powder – Cumin – Paprika – Cinnamon – Onion Powder – Oregano – Egg – Salsa – Cheddar Cheese – Green Onion
They read my mind again. I’ve been eating gluten-free for quite some time now. When everyone else is having a hamburger with a bun on it I have a beef patty with salsa on it. This is pretty much the same concept. The salsa adds so much flavor and makes it perfectly moist. It’s something your whole family can get their head around. Everybody loves Mexican flavors and salsa. That is except my dad. He has the strangest taste buds.
8. Italian Meatloaf with Marinara Parmesan Crust – Downshiftology
Ground Beef – Onion – Garlic – Egg – Basil – Thyme – Parmesan Cheese – Marinara Sauce
This has a marinara parmesan crust all around the top of the loaf. Hint: if you bake it on a cookie sheet or in a cake pan instead of a bread pan there will be a lot more edges to put the yummy marinara sauce cheese crust on. The marinara sauce recipe is included or there is a link on the blog for it. The homemade marinara sauce sounds really yummy to me.
9. Bacon Covered Meatloaf – Ditch the Carbs
Onion – Garlic – Ground Beef – Ground Pork – Eggs – Fresh Parsley – Fresh Basil – Bacon – Sun-Dried Tomatoes – Oregano – Vegetables – Bacon – Cheddar Cheese
The bacon on this adds so much flavor and makes it so nice and moist. You know so good about meatloaf? It’s low in carbs. You can hide the vegetables inside especially if they are grated and you’re trying to get more vegetables in your kids. The leftovers make a great breakfast for the next morning. It can be frozen as individual slices between layers of parchment paper and you can defrost it a slice at a time. You can hide the cheese in the middle of it for a really fun surprise. The kids will love that melted cheese as it drizzles out of the center of the loaf. It’s really good served with cauliflower or beets.
